Did you know that 1.2 million employees in New Jersey did not have access to paid sick days?

They risked losing their wages, or even their job, if they got sick or needed to care for a child or family member.

That meant people who should be staying home with the flu were forced to work, putting us all at risk by showing up at the office or serving food.

Now, thanks to the state legislature and Governor Murphy, Paid Sick Leave is the law of the land in New Jersey.

New Jersey workers are now able to earn Paid Sick Days, a critical boost to the state’s economy and productivity.
